Eating: Is there any neutral zone?

  1. Do you have a definition of what is "healthy eating" for you?
  2. Does this definition change with time and circumstances or does it stay stable?
  3. How possible is it for you to eat this way?
  4. Do you think there is any single agreed-upon standard for what "healthy eating" looks like?
  5. Do you feel like others will judge you for the way you eat? How?
  6. Does the size of your body affect how they would judge you?
  7. Is there anything else you'd like to say?
